1. Application information
Provide accurate, complete, and truthful details. MFCWA Canada may verify information and decline false, incomplete, or misleading applications.
2. Membership approval
Submitting an application does not create membership. Membership becomes active only after MFCWA Canada approval.
3. Code of conduct
Respectful conduct is expected in club events, WhatsApp groups, social channels, and all member interactions. Abuse, discrimination, threats, or disruption may lead to action.
4. Privacy and personal information
Your information is used for membership administration, club communication, events, verification, and ID creation. It is not sold to unrelated third parties.
5. Photo and ID-card use
Your portrait is used for verification and ID creation. Membership IDs are personal, non-transferable, and remain MFCWA Canada property.
6. Fees, contributions, and refunds
Membership fees, contributions, administrative charges, ticket payments, and ID-card charges are generally non-refundable once processed. Any exception is decided by the executive committee.
7. Events, tickets, and opportunities
Member notices, early updates, reservation opportunities, and priority consideration depend on availability, capacity, event rules, and operational decisions. They are not guaranteed.
8. Ticket reservations
A reservation is a request, not a confirmed ticket, until MFCWA Canada confirms it. Requests may be changed, declined, or cancelled when required by availability, payment, venue rules, or event changes.
9. Suspension and termination
MFCWA Canada may suspend, revoke, or terminate membership for policy breaches, fraud, misconduct, misuse of benefits, or actions against club values. Where reasonably possible, prior notification and an opportunity to respond will be provided.
10. Communication
Keep your contact details current. Official notices may be sent through email, WhatsApp, the website, social media, or other official club channels.
11. Policy changes
MFCWA Canada may update its rules, fees, benefits, and processes when needed. Important changes will be communicated where reasonably practical.
12. Executive committee authority
The MFCWA Canada executive committee may interpret and enforce these policies and make reasonable membership decisions to protect the club, its members, and its operations.
